Refund policy

Due to the delicate nature of ceramics, We ask that items are final sale, although if a return is necessary, customer must pay for the return shipping and refund will be pending on if the item returns in original condition. If item is returned broken, no refund will be given. 

If your item breaks in the mail, although we do make sure to pack everything the best of out abilities, accidents do happen, please contact us as soon as possible so we can make it right! 

(please note, remakes can take some time, remakes will be similar to the first but cannot guarantee an exact copy. each item is handmade and one of a kind and will vary.)
